3 ripe bananas
2 cup gluten-free oats
1/2 cup applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla
A generous pinch of nutmeg
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 slivered almonds
6 fresh strawberries
You know when I fist decided to go healthy, I was like, “yeah…. fuck fast food and chips and crap” and I went cold turkey on all that. But I couldn’t stop eating chocolate and cookies…so I indulged occasionally.
